Insurance + Billing

We are currently In-network providers with Regence/Blue Cross, Providence Powered by Collective Health and Moda. We do accept most other insurances out of network. Please note we cannot accept any other Providence plans, Kaiser, OHP plans or Cigna plans but will provide you with a superbill for reimbursement. As each insurance plan is so unique, benefits can vary widely.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your individual coverage prior to your first appointment, but do highly encourage you to call your provider for the benefits of your particular plan.
